We provide the financial mentoring introductory course FMIC and supervision training. We host communities of practice and offer resources to support professionalisation.
Financial Mentor Introductory Course
FinCap delivers a number of programmes for the financial mentoring sector. The FMIC programme is delivered face to face, via Zoom, through our online learning platform or through distance learning.
Supervision and the provisional period
Supervisors guide provisional financial mentors to embed the range of skills needed to ensure best practice in delivery. This is done within a reflective practice framework.
