Submission on Responsible Lending Code document

FinCap says the government should clearly guide lenders on what a reasonable affordability assessment looks like to steer outcomes towards financial wellbeing and resilience.

FinCap has submitted on the Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment’s (MBIE) Guidance for lenders on assessing affordability: draft changes to the Responsible Lending Code Discussion Document.
