Submission on bank accounts accessibility

FinCap says every New Zealander should have access to a bank account and recommends that all deposit takers have some responsibility for providing accounts.

FinCap has submitted on the Reserve Bank of New Zealand (RBNZ) Deposit Takers Core Standards Consultation paper (Consultation Paper).
